Copacabana Beach Hotel Acapulco

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the beach. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I needed and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The view from my room, especially with the extra window, was worth the extra cost. The room itself was clean, and the mattress was so comfortable that I even considered buying one of their pillows. The hotel facilities were great, including a modern and clean bathroom, an in-room safe, and a balcony with a lovely view of the city.

I had an amazing stay at Copacabana Beach Hotel in Acapulco. The sea view from my room on the 17th floor was amazing. The hotel's central location and direct access to Acapulco Bay made it even more convenient. I opted for the all-inclusive option and the Mexican buffet served for all three meals was delicious with a great variety. Despite a few drawbacks with the front desk service and pool towel service, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here for a great value and experience.

We recently stayed at a four-star hotel in Acapulco and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right on the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the water. We also loved that it was close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the local area and try out some of the delicious medium-priced restaurants nearby. The hotel itself offered excellent service and amenities, including room service, 24-hour reception, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and we appreciated their attention to detail. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

On the negative side, the music in the elevator was a bit cheesy for our taste. However, this is a minor detail that didn't impact our overall experience.

We were really surprised by the spacious and upgraded room we received through the Genius programme. The sea view from our room was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place! It's right by the beach, so we had easy access to the beautiful beach and nearby Beach Club. The service was excellent, with room service available 24 hours a day and friendly staff willing to help with anything we needed. The restaurant was great and had a range of options on the menu. We also enjoyed the happy hour and live entertainment.

The Wi-Fi quality was poor and the air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. The hotel also had changing policies , which was inconvenient.

The staff were really good too make sure I had a pleasant stay and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and transportation options. I also enjoyed the convenience of having various beach activities available nearby.

I was disappointed to find out that the hotel wanted to charge a higher exchange rate on the day of check-out. This was not the price quoted during my reservation and felt unfair.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Beach Club, offering easy access to the beautiful bay of Copacabana. It is also situated near the city center and a variety of good restaurants. The rooms provide ample space and comfort, with stunning views and well-maintained glass windows. The staff offers good service, with special mention to Capitan Reyes in the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent and the beach is within walking distance.

The hotel did not provide water bottles in the rooms, which can be inconvenient, especially in the hot weather.

Located in a charming and authentic area. Mexican staff is patient and appreciative. Great food with recommended All Inclusive option. English speaking General Manager and Reception Manager available for any needs. Family/friends focused hotel with a high satisfaction rate.
